Nondiscrimination Compliance. School and Nemours, in compliance with all local, state, and federal law and regulations, shall not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, handicap, sexual preference, disabled or Vietnam era veteran status or financial status in admission or access to the Program hereunder. Further, School and Nemours agree to fully comply with all laws in the performance hereunder.
Nondiscrimination Compliance. The Vendor shall comply with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Executive Order No. 11246, as amended by Executive Order No. 11375, both issued by the President of the United States, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and with all applicable Federal and State laws, rules and regulations implementing the foregoing statutes with respect to nondiscrimination in employment. The Vendor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of a physical or mental disability in regard to any position for which the employee or applicant is qualified. The Vendor agrees to take affirmative action to employ, advance in employment, and otherwise treat qualified disabled individuals without discrimination based on their physical or mental disability in all employment practices.
Nondiscrimination Compliance. The DB Entity shall furnish and file compliance reports within the times, and using the forms, prescribed by the Michigan Civil Rights Commission. Compliance report forms may also elicit information as to the practices, policies, programs, and employment statistics of the DB Entity and Subcontractors. The DB Entity shall permit access to Records by the Michigan Civil Rights Commission and its agent for the purposes of ascertaining compliance with the Contract Documents and with rules, regulations and orders of the Michigan Civil Rights Commission. If, after a hearing held pursuant to its rules, the Michigan Civil Rights Commission finds that the DB Entity has not complied with the nondiscrimination requirements of the Contract Documents, the Michigan Civil Rights Commission may, as part of its order, certify said findings to the Board. Upon receipt of certification, the Board may order the cancellation of the Contract and/or declare the DB Entity ineligible for future contracts with the State, until the DB Entity complies with said order of the Michigan Civil Rights Commission.
Nondiscrimination Compliance. CONSULTANT’S signature on this Agreement shall constitute a certification under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that CONSULTANT has, unless exempt, complied with the nondiscrimination program requirements of Government Code Section 12990 and Title 2 of the California Administrative Code Section 8103.

  • Nondiscrimination - ADA Compliance Contractor agrees to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, with Section V of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and with all applicable requirements of federal and state civil rights and rehabilitation statutes, rules and regulations. Contractor also shall comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, as amended by the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA) of 2008 and any subsequent amendments (42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq.) (Pub No. 101-336), ORS 659A, and all regulations and administrative rules established pursuant to those laws. Contractor agrees to comply with ADA in its employment and nondiscrimination practices, and that it shall perform its contractual obligations consistent with ADA federal requirements/regulations, state disability and accessibility law and requirements, and applicable regulations and administrative rules established pursuant to those laws.

  • Nondiscrimination The Contractor, with regard to the work performed by it during the Contract, will not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment.   • Compliance with Accessibility Standards All parties to this Agreement shall ensure that the plans for and the construction of all projects subject to this Agreement are in compliance with standards issued or approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as meeting or consistent with minimum accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (P.L. 101-336) (ADA).
