Non-Use Incentive. If an employee does not use his/her personal leave days during the school year, the unused personal leave days shall be rolled over to his/her accumulated sick leave. If the teacher has reached or reaches the maximum accumulation of sick leave days then he/she shall receive payment equal to the unused personal leave days not transferred to his/her sick leave accumulation at the daily rate on the appropriate schedule BA Step 0.

Non-Use Incentive. In each school year that a member does not use the three (3) available days of personal leave (unrestricted and restricted), the following incentive formula will be used:

  • Wellness Incentive Employees participating in the State’s medical plan and who meet the wellness criteria established by the State, in consultation with the Union, shall receive a reduction in medical insurance co-share payments up to a maximum of $500 per year. The earned reductions in medical insurance co-share payments shall be awarded to active employees in FY 2009 or the fiscal year following the employee’s participation in the wellness activities. The Wellness Incentive program will integrate preventative and wellness behaviors into the medical plan. Examples of possible activities include completion of the Health Assessment, obtaining a primary care physician, wellness coaching programs, preventive screenings, non-smoker or completion of smoking cessation program, and/or participation in a program that measures key points in assessing an individual’s overall health.

  • Longevity Stipend One (1) Renton Technical College longevity stipend in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) will be paid annually in July to each qualifying employee who has ten (10) or more year’s seniority on July 5th.

  • Basic Compensation An employee, at the employee's option, may report to court when subpoenaed or remain on call. If the employee elects to appear in court, the division supervisor must be notified, at the latest, one administrative day prior to the scheduled court appearance. If the employee wishes to remain on call, the employee must be able to appear in court not more than one hour after being notified that the employee's appearance is required in court. To appear in court more than an hour after having been notified will void the employee's right to on-call compensation. An employee need not remain at home, but must be available for telephonic notification at a location where the supervisor knows the employee can be reached.

  • Performance Bonus If Employee's employment is terminated by Employee with cause, or by Bank without cause, Employee shall be paid, in addition to the amounts payable under Sections 3.5 and 3.6 of the Agreement: (i) all non-forfeitable deferred compensation, if any; and (ii) unpaid performance bonus payments, if any, payable under Section 4.2 of the Agreement, which shall be declared earned and payable based upon performance up to, and shall be pro-rated as of, the date of termination. Employee shall not be entitled to such unpaid performance bonus payments if Employee's employment is terminated by Bank with cause, or by Employee without cause.

  • Vacation Pay Upon Termination When an employee in the bargaining unit is terminated for any reason, he/she shall be entitled to all vacation pay earned and accumulated up to and including the effective date of the termination.
