Common use of Non-Solicitation of Customers or Prospects Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Customers or Prospects. Executive agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of his employment, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly solicit, separately or in association with others, attempt to solicit, canvass or interfere with any current or former customer, prospect or supplier of the Company in a manner that directly competes with the Business.
