Non Solicitation of Customers Clients. Executive covenants and agrees that during the Restricted Period, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, on behalf of himself or through another person or entity, solicit, induce, entice, divert, take away or interfere with or attempt to do any of the foregoing with respect to, or trade of or trade with, any Customer of the Company on behalf of a competing business. The term "Customer" shall include, without limitation, any client, customer, supplier, consultant, advisor, or contractor of the Company, as well as those current and prospective persons or entities having a business relationship with the Company during the term of Executive's employment or at the time of Executive's solicitation, inducement, enticement, diversion, take away or interference (or attempt) or at any time within the twenty-four (24) month period prior to such action by Executive. For purposes of this Section 12(c), the term "Restricted Period" shall mean the term of this Agreement (including any renewal or extended terms), and for a period of twenty-four (24) months following termination of this Agreement or termination of Executive's relationship with the Company for any reason.
