Common use of Non-Solicitation; Non-Competition Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation; Non-Competition. (a) Executive agrees that, during the Term and until nine (9) months after the termination of his employment, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, including on behalf of any person, firm or other entity, employ or actively solicit for employment any employee of the Company or any of its Affiliated Entities, or anyone who was an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliated Entities within the nine (9) months prior to the termination of Executive’s employment, or induce any such employee to terminate his or his employment with the Company or any of its Affiliated Entities.

Non-Solicitation; Non-Competition. (a) Executive agrees that, during the Term and until nine (9) months after the termination of his her employment, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, including on behalf of any person, firm or other entity, employ or actively solicit for employment any employee of the Company or any of its Affiliated Entities, or anyone who was an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliated Entities within the nine (9) months prior to the termination of Executive’s employment, or induce any such employee to terminate his her or his her employment with the Company or any of its Affiliated Entities.

(a) Executive agrees that, during the Term and and, if Executive is receiving severance payments pursuant to Section 7(a), until nine twelve (912) months after the termination of his employment, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, including on behalf of any person, firm or other entity, employ or actively solicit for employment any employee of the Company or any of its Affiliated Entities, or anyone who was an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliated Entities within the nine twelve (912) months prior to the termination of Executive’s employment, or induce any such employee to terminate his or his her employment with the Company or any of its Affiliated Entities.

(a) The Executive agrees that, during that for the Term and until nine (9) months after the termination duration of his employmentemployment and for a period of three (3) years from the date of termination thereof, Executive he will not, directly on his own behalf or indirectly, including on behalf of any person, firm other person or other entity, hire, solicit, or encourage to leave the employ or actively solicit for employment any employee of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates any of its Affiliated Entities, or anyone person who was is an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliated Entities within the nine (9) months prior to the termination of Executive’s employment, or induce any such employee to terminate his or his employment with the Company or any of its Affiliated Entitiescompanies.
