Workers – Christmas Day Whenever a non-shift worker is required to work on Christmas Day, but is not required to work the day normally observed as the holiday, the employee shall continue to earn holiday pay of eight (8), ten (10), or twelve (12) hours on the day normally observed as the holiday, but shall earn two and one-half (2 1/2) times his/her straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on Christmas Day.
