NON-RECURRING ENGINEERING CHARGES. 7.1 Network Engines Inc. and SCI will mutually agree on SCI provided non- recurring engineering charges and set-up fees ("NRE") required to manufacture the Products. NRE charges will be billed to Network Engines Inc. as mutually agreed upon.
NON-RECURRING ENGINEERING CHARGES. 9.1 On a first time build of new products, U.S. Assemblies will not charge OpenROUTE for NRE costs associated with pick and place machine programming, original documentation packages and solder paste stencils. In subsequent engineering revisions requiring a new solder stencil, the cost will be charged to OpenROUTE, after a formal quotation is provided. In no instance will machine programming or documentation charges be passed on to OpenROUTE. All other NRE charges, such as test fixtures and programs, etc. will be quoted and charged to OpenROUTE per standard terms and conditions.
NON-RECURRING ENGINEERING CHARGES. 20.1 With regard to any special design or engineering change requests made by GDC, the parties will mutually agree on MEG provided non-recurring engineering, set up and tooling charges ("NRE") required to Manufacture such special products. NRE, set-up, and tooling charges may be amortized for payment by GDC over the first twelve (12) months of prototype, pilot, and product delivery under this agreement, however, this process is subject to review based on the size and nature of the investment.

NON-RECURRING ENGINEERING CHARGES. OSI shall pay SSOC a total of $96,650 --------------------------------- in engineering charges for the development of the Product contemplated by Section 2.2, payable as follows: $10,000 paid prior to the execution of this Agreement (receipt of which is acknowledged by SSOC); $20,000 upon delivery to and acceptance by OSI of a prototype of the cable portion of the Product; $20,000 upon delivery to OSI of a valid test report showing that the cable portion of the Product meets the Specifications; $20,000 upon delivery to and acceptance by OSI of a prototype of the Product; $20,000 upon delivery to OSI of a valid test report showing that the entire Product meets the Specifications; and $6,650 upon delivery to and acceptance by OSI of ten (10) final assemblies of the Product that meet Specifications.
