Non-Reappointment Based on Institutional Factors. When non- reappointment is based on reasons other than the Physician-in-Training’s performance or his or her compliance with the terms of this Agreement, such non- reappointments when made by the Medical Center shall be final and not subject to further appeal or review and shall not be subject to the fair hearing process as described on Attachment “M,” attached hereto, and incorporated by this reference.
