Common use of Non-Payment of Fees Clause in Contracts

Non-Payment of Fees. In the event Registrar has insufficient funds deposited with Registry Operator, Registry Operator may do any or all of the following: (a) stop accepting new initial, renewal or transferred registrations from Registrar; (b) delete the domain names associated with any negative balance incurred from the Registry database; and (c) pursue any other remedy under this Agreement.
