Upon receiving a request for the OPF, the Employer will arrange for transportation of the OPF to the Human Resources Office within three working days. If the requested record cannot be delivered within the above time frame, an explanation for the delay and the approximate time the record will be available for review will be communicated to the Employee or representative. If there is an emergent administrative requirement for the Employee or representative to have immediate access to the record, the Employer will provide the record by the following working day. Copies of requested records shall be provided at the Employee’s expense, except when the Employee is receiving the initial copy of an official record. The charges for these records shall not exceed those charges authorized by regulation. Additional charges may be applied, as authorized by regulation, when, because of the nature of the request, special programming is required to assemble electronically maintained records for review or copying.
