Common use of Non-Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Clause in Contracts

Non-Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked. Effective July 1, 2015, the Employer shall contribute the Training Rate or thirty-seven cents ($0.37), whichever is higher, to the Partnership for each Non‐Medicaid-Funded Hour worked. Non-­‐Medicaid-­‐Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in-­‐home care program that are paid by a payor other than Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-­‐time off, and training hours. Non-­‐billable hours shall also be excluded for contribution purposes. Effective July 1, 2016, the Employer shall contribute the Training Rate or thirty-eight cents ($0.38), whichever is higher, to the Partnership for each Non‐Medicaid‐Funded Hour worked in the Employer’s in‐home care program. Contributions under this provision shall be paid periodically as required by the Trust.

Effective July 1, 20162014, the Employer shall contribute the Training Healthcare Rate or thirty-eight two dollars and eighty cents ($0.382.80), whichever is higher, to the Partnership Trust for each Non‐Medicaid‐Funded Non-­‐Medicaid-­‐Funded Hour worked in the Employer’s in‐home care programworked. Contributions under this provision Article 30.3 shall be paid made periodically as required by the Trust.
