Executive hereby agrees, during the Restricted Period, that Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of conducting or engaging in a Competing Business, utilize Employer Confidential Information to interfere with, impair, or adversely affect any contractual relationships or business relationships between Employer and any of the technology or distribution companies with whom Employer or any affiliate has strategic relationships.
