Common use of Non-Interference of Vendors and Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Non-Interference of Vendors and Suppliers. During the Restricted Period, Executive will not directly or Indirectly interfere with the Company’s relationships with its vendors or suppliers in any way that would impair the Company’s relationship with such vendors or suppliers, including by reducing, diminishing or otherwise restricting the flow of supplies, services or goods from the vendors or suppliers to the Company.
