All contract service providers are required to have adequate limits of liability insurance as determined by the Board or other state requirement and will maintain the same throughout any contract period. A list of all contracts identifying the party with whom XXXX has contracted, the length of the contract, and the expenditures required by the contract must be submitted to the Authorized Chartering Entity for its review no later than thirty (30) days prior to the opening of school and thereafter, annually.
