Common use of Non-Instructional Days Clause in Contracts

Non-Instructional Days. 1. All of the available non-instructional days as stated in Section D, Article D. 23.1.a. i shall be used for teacher professional development activities, organized by the school Principal and school staff and/or school Pro-D Committee and/or the Joint MRTA Board Professional Development Committee. 2. Non-instructional days shall be considered as instructional days for contract purposes.
