Non-Guarantee of Employment. Nothing in the Plan or the Agreement shall be construed as a contract of employment between the Corporation (or an affiliate) and Grantee, or as a contractual right of Grantee to continue in the employ of the Corporation or an affiliate, or as a limitation of the right of the Corporation or an affiliate to discharge Grantee at any time.
Non-Guarantee of Employment. Nothing in the Plan or in this Agreement shall confer on an individual any legal or equitable right against the Corporation or the Administrator, except as expressly provided in the Plan or this Agreement. Nothing in the Plan or in this Agreement shall (a) constitute inducement, consideration, or contract for employment or service between an individual and the Corporation; (b) confer any right on an individual to continue in the service of the Corporation; or (c) shall interfere in any way with the right of the Corporation to terminate such service at any time with or without cause or notice, or to increase or decrease compensation for such service.

Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed as a contract of employment between MBC (or an Affiliate) and Grantee, or as a contractual right of Grantee to continue in the employ of MBC or an Affiliate, or as a limitation of the right of MBC or an Affiliate to discharge Grantee at any time.
Non-Guarantee of Employment. Nothing in the Plan or the ---------------------------------------- Agreement shall alter the employment status of the Grantee, nor be construed as a contract of employment between the Corporation (or an Affiliate) and the Grantee, or as a contractual right of the Grantee to continue in the employ or service of the Corporation or an Affiliate, or as a limitation of the right of the Corporation or an Affiliate to discharge the Grantee at any time with or without cause or notice.
Non-Guarantee of Employment. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall alter the at-will or other employment, consultant, or director status of the Optionee, nor be construed as a contract of employment between the Company and the Optionee, or as a contractual right of Optionee to continue in the employ of, the Company, or as a limitation of the right of the Company to discharge the Optionee at any time with or without cause or notice.
Non-Guarantee of Employment. Nothing in the Plan or in this Incentive Stock Option Agreement shall confer any right on an individual to continue in the employ of the Company or any Subsidiary or shall interfere in any way with the right of the Company or a Subsidiary to terminate such employment at any time with or without cause or notice and whether or not such discharge results in the Option becoming unexercisable.
Non-Guarantee of Employment. Nothing contained in this Plan shall be construed as a contract of employment between the Employer and any Employee, or as a right of any Employee to be continued in the employment of the Employer, or as a limitation of the right of the Employer, subject to collective bargaining agreement, to discharge any of its Employees, with or without cause.
Non-Guarantee of Employment. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall alter the Grantee’s at-will or other employment status with the Company, nor be construed as a contract of employment between the Company and the Grantee, or as a contractual right of the Grantee to continue in the employ of the Company for any period of time, or as a limitation of the right of the Company to discharge the Grantee at any time with or without cause or notice and whether or not such discharge results in the forfeiture of any Award Shares or any other adverse effect on the Grantee’s interests under the Plan.
Non-Guarantee of Employment. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall alter your employment status with the Company, nor be construed as a contract of employment between the Company and you, or as a contractual right of you to continue in the employ of the Company for any period of time, or as a limitation of the right of the Company to discharge you at any time with or without cause or notice and whether or not such discharge results in the forfeiture of any Award Shares or any other adverse effect on your interests under the Plan.
Non-Guarantee of Employment. Nothing in the Plan or in any Grant Agreement thereunder shall confer any right on an employee to continue in the employ of the Corporation or shall interfere in any way with the right of the Corporation to terminate an employee at any time.
