NON-GUARANTEE. Consultant promises to exercise good faith and commercially reasonable efforts in its duties and responsibilities in its entirety and makes no guarantee it will be successful in any claims made to the Client either verbally and pursuant to any results and claims stipulated in this Agreement. Any comments made regarding potential time frames and anything that pertains to the outcome of Client’s requests is expressions of opinion only. Client acknowledges and agrees it is not required to make exclusive use of Consultant for any services Consultant holds no exclusive rights to the Client’s projects.
NON-GUARANTEE. Management shall remain free of harm of product sales, attendance, exclusive privileges or Exhibitor success.

CFG MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT CFG WILL BE ABLE TO SUCESSFULLY MARKET AND IN TURN SECURE A LOAN OR INVESTMENT FINANCING FOR CLIENT, OR TO SUCCESSFULLY PROCURE SUCH LOAN OR INVESTMENT WITHIN CLIENTS DESIRED TIMEFRAME OR TO GUARTANTEE THAT IT WILL SECURE ANY LOAN OR INVESTMENT FINANCING WITH A SPECIFIC OR MINIMUM RETURN, INTEREST RATE OR OTHER TERMS. NEITHER ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY NOR THE PAYMENT OF DEPOSITS TO CFG BY CLIENT PURSUANT TO FEE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES NOT CONTEMPLATED HEREIN SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS ANY SUCH GUARANTEE. ANY COMMENTS MADE REGARDING POTENTIAL TIME FRAMES OR ANYTHING THAT PERTAINS TO THE OUTCOMNE OF CLIENT'S FUNDING REQUESTS ARE EXPRESSIONS OF OPINION ONLY. THE PARTIES HERETO ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT CLIENT IS NOT REQUIRED TO MAKE EXCLUSIVE USE OF CFG FOR ANY SERVICES OR DOCUMENTATION DEEMED NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING INVESTMENTS. CFG HAS MADE NO SUCH DEMANDS IN ORDER FOR CLIENT'S PROJECT TO BE MARKETED UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. CFG HOLDS NO EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO THE MARKETING OF CLIENT'S PROJECT. ADVISOR MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT ADVISOR WILL BE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY LOCATE A MERGER OR ACQUISITION TARGET AND IN TURN CONSUMMATE A MERGER OR ACQUISITION TRANSACTION FOR CLIENT, OR TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE SUCH A TRANSACTION WITHIN CLIENT'S DESIRED TIME FRAME. NEITHER ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY NOR THE PAYMENT OF DEPOSITS TO ADVISOR BY CLIENT PURSUANT TO FEE AGREEMENTS FOR SERVICES NOT CONTEMPLATED HEREIN SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS ANY SUCH GUARANTEE. ANY COMMENTS MADE REGARDING POTENTIAL TIME FRAMES OR ANYTHING THAT PERTAINS TO THE OUTCOME OF CLIENT'S NEEDS ARE EXPRESSIONS OF OPINION ONLY, AND FOR PURPOSES OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE SPECIFICALLY DISAVOWED.
NON-GUARANTEE. This Article is intended to define the work week and shall not be construed as a guarantee of hours of work per day or per week, or of days of work per week.
NON-GUARANTEE. Recognition of the Union as bargaining agent is not intended to guarantee that any work currently or subsequently performed by employees covered by this Agreement shall continue to be performed by these employees. The College specifically retains the right to decide the nature of the specific work to be performed or whether it be performed at all. The College also retains the right to contract out any and all work of the bargaining unit within the provisions of the management rights clause of this Agreement, i.e., if sufficient work is contracted out to warrant a reduction, change or modification in the size or composition of the workforce, it may be done after notification to the Union.

The Photographer will not be held responsible for any ruined photographs due to guests’ (or any other) flashes; or any other ruined photographs due to any other cause in or outside of the Photographer’s control.
