Common use of Non-executive positions Clause in Contracts

Non-executive positions. The Executive shall be entitled to take up such non-executive appointments as are approved by the Board from time to time (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld) but only to the extent that the discharge of his duties under this Agreement is not impaired as a result.
