Non-Exclusive License. We grant to you and you accept a limited, non-exclusive License to use the Marks and the System during the License Term at, and in connection with, the operation of the Hotel in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You agree to identify and operate the Hotel as a System Hotel in accordance with the Marks, the System and this Agreement only as and when authorized by us. You acknowledge and agree that you are not acquiring any rights other than the non-exclusive right to use the System to operate the Hotel under the Licensed Brand at the Hotel Site under this Agreement and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
