Non-Exclusive Licence/Development of Site. (a) Project Co acknowledges and agrees that the rights granted to Project Co and the Project Co Parties hereunder shall be non-exclusive and that the College and any person authorized by the College may occupy and possess the Site, the Facility and the Existing Facilities.
Non-Exclusive Licence/Development of Site. (a) Project Co acknowledges and agrees that the rights granted to Project Co and the Project Co Parties hereunder shall be non-exclusive and that NHS and any person authorized by NHS may occupy and possess the Site and Facility, including for the purposes of the Hospital Services. In exercising such rights Project Co shall not, and shall require that the Project Co Parties shall not, compromise patient care and safety and, except as permitted under this Project Agreement, disrupt the performance of the Hospital Services.

(a) Project Co acknowledges and agrees that the rights granted to Project Co and the Project Co Parties hereunder shall be non-exclusive and that HMQ and any person authorized by HMQ, including MAG, may occupy and possess the Site and Facility, including for the purposes of carrying out the Courthouse Activities and the HMQ FM Services. In exercising such rights Project Co shall not, and shall require that the Project Co Parties shall not, except as permitted under this Project Agreement, disrupt the performance of the Courthouse Activities or the HMQ FM Services.

In exercising such rights Project Co shall not, and shall ensure that the Project Co Parties do not, except as permitted under this Project Agreement, disrupt the performance of the Third Party Operations.

In exercising such rights Project Co shall not, and shall require that the Project Co Parties not, except as permitted under this Project Agreement, disrupt the performance of the MCSCS Services.

(a) Project Co acknowledges and agrees that the licence rights granted to Project Co and the Project Co Parties hereunder shall be non-exclusive and that Contracting Authority and any person authorized by Contracting Authority may occupy and possess the Site (including the Existing Facilities) and the Facility without the prior consent of Project Co, including for the purposes of carrying out the Contracting Authority Activities. In exercising such rights Project Co shall not, and shall require that the Project Co Parties shall not, except as permitted under this Project Agreement, disrupt the performance of the Contracting Authority Activities.

(a) Project Co acknowledges and agrees that the rights granted to Project Co and the Project Co Parties hereunder shall be non-exclusive and that WGH and any person authorized by WGH may occupy and possess the Site and Facility, including for the purposes of the Hospital Services, development of portions of the Site (including, without limitation, for development of office buildings, co-generation facilities, retail outlets and additional parking) and expansions of and additions to the Facility.
