Non-Duty Days. Unless otherwise approved, in writing, by the Superintendent, all non- duty time to which a principal is entitled for a given contractual year shall be taken 15 duty days prior to the first staff duty day.

Non-Duty Days. Non-duty days may be used flexibly throughout the duty year, subject to the needs of the School District, provided they are scheduled in advance and approved by the Administrator’s supervisor. Administrators are encouraged to schedule non-duty days when school is not in session. Administrators may schedule no more than ten (10) non-duty days during days that teachers are in service, and no more than five (5) consecutive non-duty days may be scheduled at one time. Up to five (5) non-duty days may be carried over from year-to-year. Changes to these limits may be approved at the discretion of the Superintendent or his/her designee.
Non-Duty Days. Government non-duty days, planned closures, or other times when Government offices may be closed, are not billable to the Government. The Government will only pay for hours worked.
Non-Duty Days. Non-duty days shall consist of those possible working days in the year over and above the number of days the employee is contracted to work and applies to only those persons with 215 day or more contracts. An employee is required to make written application to their immediate supervisor for a non-duty day of leave. There shall be no restrictions on how these days are to be used. Supervisors may require employees to take non-duty days in order to assure there will be available employees at all times throughout the year. Employees requesting more than two weeks of non-duty time at one time must have prior approval from their supervisor. Supervisors may deny Non-duty day requests.

Non-Duty Days. 12.19.1 This section shall apply only to class 1 employees. Such employees are contracted to work a maximum of two hundred sixty (260) days. Should the District’s fiscal year include more than two hundred sixty (260) working days, any employee required to work in excess of the required two hundred sixty (260) day contract, shall be compensated for the additional time/day(s) worked at the employee’s regular rate of pay in accordance with this agreement.
Non-Duty Days. Subd. 1 – Principals shall be granted unpaid non-duty days. The number of non-duty days granted shall be equal to the difference between 52 weeks and the number of weeks for which they are scheduled to work.
Non-Duty Days. Unless otherwise approved, all non-duty time to which a Coordinator is entitled for a given contractual year shall be taken by the time designated in this contract.
