Common use of Non-Disturbance Clause in Contracts

Non-Disturbance. With respect to Security Devices entered into by Landlord after the execution of this lease, Tenant’s subordination of this Lease shall be subject to receiving assurance (a “non-disturbance agreement”) from the Lender that Tenant’s possession and this Lease, including any options to extend the term hereof, will not be disturbed so long as Tenant is not in Breach hereof and attorns to the record owner of the Premises.

Non-Disturbance. With respect to Security Devices Mortgage entered into by Landlord after the execution of this leaseLease, Tenant’s 's subordination of this Lease shall be subject to receiving assurance (a “"non-disturbance agreement”") from the Lender Mortgage holder that Tenant’s 's possession and this Lease, including any options to extend the term hereof, Lease will not be disturbed so long as Tenant is not in Breach hereof default and attorns to the record owner of the Premises.

Non-Disturbance. Non-Disturbance. With respect to any Security Devices Device entered into by Landlord after the execution of this leaseLease, Tenant’s tenant's subordination of this Lease shall be subject to receiving assurance (a “"non-disturbance agreement”") from the Lender holder thereof that Tenant’s 's possession and this Lease, including any options to extend the term hereof, will not be disturbed so long as Tenant is not in Breach hereof default hereunder and attorns to the record owner of the Premises.

Landlord shall obtain such subordination for Tenant from Lender by the Commencement Date.
