Common use of Non-Disturbance Clause in Contracts

Non-Disturbance. With respect to Security Devices entered into by Lessor after the execution of this Lease, Lessee's subordination of this Lease shall be subject to receiving assurance (a "non-disturbance agreement") from the Lender that Lessee's possession and this Lease, including any options to extend the term hereof, will not be disturbed so long as Lessee is not in Breach hereof and attorns to the record owner of the Premises.

Non-Disturbance. With respect to Security Devices entered into by Lessor after the execution of this Leaselease, Lessee's subordination of this Lease shall be subject to receiving assurance (a "non-disturbance agreement") from the Lender that Lessee's possession and this Lease, including any options to extend the term hereof, will not be disturbed so long as Lessee is not in Breach hereof and attorns to the record owner of the Premises.

Non-Disturbance. Non-Disturbance. With respect to Security Devices entered into by Lessor after the execution of this Leaselease, Lessee's subordination of this Lease and attornment to any future owner of the Premises shall be subject to receiving assurance written, recordable assurance, informed substance reasonably satisfactory to Lessee (a "non-disturbance nondisturbance agreement") from the Lender that Lessee's possession and this Lease, including any in options to extend the term hereof, will not be disturbed so long as Lessee is not in Breach hereof and attorns to the record owner of the Premises.

Non-Disturbance. With respect to Security Devices entered into by Lessor after the execution of this Leaselease, Lessee's subordination of this Lease shall be subject to receiving assurance (a "non-non disturbance agreement") from the Lender that LesseeLessor's possession and this Lease, including any options to extend the term hereof, will not be disturbed so long as Lessee is not in Breach hereof and attorns to the record owner of the Premises.

With respect to Security Devices entered into by Lessor after the execution of this Lease, Lessee's subordination of this Lease shall be subject to receiving assurance a commercially reasonable non-disturbance agreement (a "nonNON-disturbance agreementDISTURBANCE AGREEMENT") from the Lender which Non-Disturbance Agreement provides that Lessee's possession of the Premises, and this Lease, including any options to extend the term hereof, will not be disturbed so long as Lessee is not in Breach hereof and attorns to the record owner of the Premises.

Non-Disturbance. Non-Disturbance. With respect to Security Devices entered into by Lessor after the execution of this Lease, Lessee's subordination of this Lease shall be subject to receiving assurance (a "nonNON-disturbance agreementDISTURBANCE AGREEMENT") from the Lender that Lessee's possession and this Lease, including any options to extend the term hereofhereof and/or purchase the Premises, will not be disturbed so long as Lessee is not in Breach hereof and attorns to the record owner of the Premises.

Non-Disturbance. With respect to Security Devices entered into by Lessor after the execution of this Lease, Lessor shall make commercially reasonable efforts to obtain, on behalf of Lessee's subordination of this Lease shall be subject to receiving , assurance (a "non-disturbance agreement") from the Lender that Lessee's possession and this Lease, including any options to extend the term hereof, will not be disturbed so long as Lessee is not in Breach hereof and attorns to the record owner of the Premises.

Non-Disturbance.
