Common use of Non-Disparagement Clause in Contracts

Non-Disparagement. Executive shall not at anytime make false, misleading or disparaging statements about the Company, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates, including any of their products, services, management, directors, officers, employees, and customers.

Non-Disparagement. The Executive shall not at anytime make falseany disparaging remarks, misleading or disparaging statements about any remarks that could reasonably be construed as disparaging, regarding the Company, or its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates, including any of their products, services, managementofficers, directors, officers, employees, and customersshareholders, representatives or agents.

Non-Disparagement. Executive shall agrees not at anytime to disparage, or make falsedisparaging remarks or send any disparaging communications concerning, misleading or disparaging statements about the Company, its parentreputation, subsidiaries or affiliatesits business, including any of their products, services, management, and/or its directors, officersofficers and managers. Likewise the Company’s senior management agrees not to disparage, employeesor make any disparaging remark or send any disparaging communication concerning Executive, and customershis reputation and/or his business.

Executive shall not at anytime make falseany disparaging, misleading derogatory or disparaging statements detrimental comments about the Company, Company or any of its parent, subsidiaries affiliates or affiliates, including any of their products, services, management, directors, officers, employees, partners, members, managers or shareholders, or any investor or other person or entity having a business relationship with the Company or any of its affiliates. The Company, each of its affiliates and customersthe directors and officers of the Company and its affiliates shall not make any disparaging, derogatory or detrimental comments about Executive.

Non-Disparagement. Executive shall not at anytime any time make falseany statement, misleading written or disparaging statements about otherwise, that disparages or criticizes the Company or any related party. The Company (which, for this purpose, shall be limited to members of the Company, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates, including any ’s Board of their products, services, management, directors, officers, employeesDirectors, and customersits Named Executive Officers) shall not at any time make any statement, written or otherwise, that disparages or criticizes Executive.

Executive shall agrees not at anytime to make false, misleading any negative or disparaging statements about or communications regarding either the Company, Company or its parent, subsidiaries affiliates or affiliates, including any of their products, services, management, directorsrespective operations, officers, employees, and customersdirectors or stockholders. The Company agrees not to make any negative or disparaging statements or communications regarding the Executive.

Non-Disparagement. Executive shall agrees not at anytime to disparage, or make falsedisparaging remarks or send any disparaging communications concerning, misleading or disparaging statements about the Company, its parentreputation, subsidiaries or affiliatesits business, including any of their products, services, management, and/or its directors, officers, employeesmanagers. Likewise the Company’s senior management agrees not to disparage, and customersor make any disparaging remark or send any disparaging communication concerning Executive, Executive’s reputation and/or Executive’s business.

Likewise the Company's senior management agrees not to disparage, employeesor make any disparaging remark or send any disparaging communication concerning Executive, and customershis reputation and/or his business.

Non-Disparagement. Executive shall agrees not at anytime to directly or indirectly disparage or otherwise make falseany comment or statement that casts an unfavorable light upon the Company or any Affiliate, misleading or disparaging statements about the Company, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates, including any of their products, services, management, directors, officers, employees, representatives or agents. The Company agrees that it will use its best efforts to prevent any disparagement of Executive by any of its personnel and customerswill take responsive action to stop any disparagement of which it learns. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this provision shall not preclude Executive or the Company from making truthful statements to any government agency or pursuant to any lawful subpoena.

Non-Disparagement. The Company's officers, directors and managing agents will not make remarks disparaging of Executive. Executive shall will not at anytime make false, misleading or any remarks disparaging statements about of the Company, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates, including any of their products, services, management, directors, officers, employees, and customersdirectors or managing agents.

Executive shall not at anytime make falseany statements that are professionally or personally disparaging about Company (including its officers, misleading or disparaging statements about the Companydirectors, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliatesemployees and consultants), including any statements that disparage any person, product, service, finances, financial condition, or capability of their products, services, management, directors, officers, employees, and customersCompany.

Non-Disparagement. Executive shall agrees that he will not at anytime make falseany critical, misleading derogatory, disparaging, or disparaging statements about defamatory comments in any respect regarding the Company or the Company, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates, including any of their products, services, management’s officers, directors, officersagents, employees, counsel, insurers or successors or assigns. The Company will instruct its directors and customersits Chief Executive Officer not to make any critical, derogatory, disparaging, or defamatory comments in any respect regarding Executive.

Non-Disparagement. Executive shall agrees not at anytime to make falseany disparaging remarks, misleading or disparaging statements about any remarks that could reasonably be construed as disparaging, regarding the Company, Company or its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates, including any of their products, services, managementofficers, directors, officers, employees, and customersstockholders, representatives, or agents.

Non-Disparagement. Executive shall not at anytime make false, misleading any disparaging or disparaging statements ----------------- derogatory remarks of any nature whatsoever about the Company, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates, including any of their products, services, management, directors, officers, employeesdirectors or Executives, and customersor its services and/or products (if any), either publicly or privately, unless required by law.

Non-Disparagement. The Executive shall not at anytime make falseany statements, misleading encourage others to make statements or disparaging statements about release information that would or is reasonably expected to disparage or defame the Company, any of its parent, subsidiaries affiliates or affiliates, including any of their productsrespective directors or officers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, services, management, directors, officers, employees, and customers.nothing in this Section

Non-Disparagement. Executive shall will not at anytime any time, either orally or in writing, make false, misleading or any disparaging statements about remarks concerning the Company, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates, including any of their products, services, management, directors, officers, employees, directors or officers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive will respond accurately and customersfully to any question, inquiry or request for information as may be required by legal process, law or regulation.
