Non Discriminatory Basis. None of the Lenders shall be permitted to pass through to the Borrower costs and expenses under Sections 5.01 through 5.05 which are not also passed through by such Lender to other customers of such Lender similarly situated when such customer is subject to documents containing similar provisions as those contained in such Sections.

Non Discriminatory Basis. Collocation shall be made available to Requesting Carrier by Ameritech on a nondiscriminatory basis to the priorities that Ameritech provides to itself, its subsidiaries, Affiliates or other persons. The quality of design, performance, features, functions and other characteristics of Collocation made available to Requesting Carrier under this Agreement shall be provided on a nondiscriminatory basis to that which Ameritech provides in its network to itself, its subsidiaries, its Affiliates or other persons.
