Common use of Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Clause in Contracts

Non-Disclosure and Non-Use. At all times during the term of Consultant’s association with the Company and thereafter, Consultant shall hold the Confidential Information in trust and confidence and shall not disclose or use any Confidential Information, except to the extent such disclosure or use is required in direct connection with Consultant’s performance of requested Services for the Company or is expressly authorized in writing by the Company.
