Common use of Non-Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Non-Confidentiality. Notwithstanding Section 8.13, the Company, Seller and Purchaser, and each employee, representative or other agent of the same (collectively the "Covered Parties"), may disclose to any and all persons, without limitation of any kind, the tax treatment and tax structure of the transaction and all materials of any kind (including opinions or other tax analyses) that are provided to a Covered Party relating to such tax treatment and tax structure.

Non-Confidentiality. Notwithstanding Section 8.13, the Company, Seller and Purchaser, and each employee, representative or other agent of the same (collectively the "Covered Parties"), may disclose to any their respective tax accountants, legal advisors and all personstaxing governmental authorities, without limitation of any kind, the tax treatment and tax structure of the transaction and all materials of any kind (including opinions or other tax analyses) that are provided to a Covered Party relating to such tax treatment and tax structure.
