The Company agrees to provide non-confidential information concerning job awards, hirings, resignation, retirements, illness, marriages and death of bargaining unit employees for the purpose of keeping their employee lists current and to administer their welfare program. Should any employee advise the Company in writing that they do not want such information released, it will not be released.
