Common use of NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATION. If this Contract was awarded based upon the submission of a bid or proposal, the Contractor affirms, under penalty of perjury, that the prices in its bid or proposal were arrived at independently, without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement, for the purpose of restricting competition, or as to any matter relating to such prices with any other Contractor or with any competitor. The Contractor further affirms that, at the time the Contractor submitted its bid or proposal, an authorized and responsible person executed and delivered a non-collusive bidding certification to the Agency or Agencies on the Contractor’s behalf.
