Common use of Non-Business Day Payments Clause in Contracts

Non-Business Day Payments. If any payment under this Agreement or any other Loan Document shall be specified to be made upon a day which is not a Business Day, it shall be made on the next succeeding day which is a Business Day, unless, with respect to a payment due in respect of a LIBOR Advance, such Business Day falls in another calendar month, in which case payment shall be made on the preceding Business Day. Any extension of time shall in such case be included in computing interest and fees, if any, in connection with such payment.
