Non-Bargaining Unit Service. Except for classifications subsequently accreted to a bargaining unit covered by this Agreement, time spent in a non-unit position subsequent to July 1, 1986, other than temporary working level assignments and assignments to interim positions, by employees who were not covered by this Agreement on January 1, 1992, shall not be included in the determination of seniority credits but shall be counted for service credits. For employees covered by the Agreement on January 1, 1992, time spent in a non-unit position subsequent to January 1, 1992 - other than classifications subsequently accreted to a bargaining unit covered by this Agreement, temporary working level assignments and assignments to interim positions - shall not be included in the determination of seniority credits but shall be counted for service credits.

Non-Bargaining Unit Service. When a member of the bargaining unit leaves the unit for another position within the school district and later returns to the bargaining unit, he or she shall retain previously acquired seniority.

Assignments to non-bargaining unit classifications for the period of a temporary working level or assignments to non-bargaining unit classifications for a period as an interim employee shall continue to earn both seniority credits and service credits.

  • Bargaining Unit Roster Upon the signing of this Agreement and monthly thereafter, the Employer shall supply to the Union via a secured method an alphabetical list of all employees covered by this Agreement. The list shall include the name, address, employee identification number, date of hire, rehire date (if applicable), shift, FTE, job classification, department cost center number, unit, hourly rate of pay and monthly gross earnings. Each month, the Employer will provide a list of new hires and addresses, and a list of all employees who have terminated during the month via a secured method. The new hire and termination lists shall include the same data as the monthly employee roster except for monthly gross earnings. The termination list shall include the termination date. Within ninety (90) days of ratification, Swedish Medical Center and SEIU 1199NW will convene a work group including HRIS expert to explore a method for the Employer to provide a list of all employment changes for bargaining unit employees, via a secure site.
