Non-Availability of Traditional 911 or E911 Dialing Service. The Service does not support traditional 911 or E911 access to emergency services in all locations. Where we do not offer traditional 911 or E911 access, we offer a feature known as “911 Dialing” which is a limited emergency calling service available only on Celtic-certified Devices or Equipment. The 911 Dialing feature may not work at all when used in conjunction with a Soft Phone, Virtual Numbers or Subscriber provided Customer Premise Equipment. Our 911 Dialing feature is not automatic; you must separately take affirmative steps, as described in this Agreement and on our website, to register the address where you will use the Services in order to activate the 911 Dialing feature. You must do this for each Celtic phone number that you obtain. The 911 Dialing feature of the Service is different in a number of important ways from traditional 911 or E911 service as described on our website page for 911 Dialing and below. You shall inform any household residents, guests and other third persons who may be present at the physical location where you utilize the Service of (i) the non-availability of traditional 911 or E911, and (ii) the important differences in and limitations of the Celtic 911 Dialing feature as compared with traditional 911 or E911 dialing.

Non-Availability of Traditional 911 or E911 Dialing Service. The Service does not support traditional 911 or E911 access to emergency services in ALL locations. The 911 dialing may also not work at all when used in conjunction with WiFi, softphones, Virtual Numbers or Subscriber provided Customer Premise Equipment. Our 911 Dialing is not automatic; you must separately take affirmative steps, as described in this Agreement, to register the address(es) where you will use the Services in order to activate 911 Dialing. You must do this for each phone number that you obtain. You shall inform any employees, guests and other third persons who may be present at the physical location where you utilize the Service of (i) the possible non-availability of traditional 911 or E911, and (ii) the important differences in and limitations of 911 Dialing as compared with traditional 911 or E911 dialing. Each Device that you purchase/rent/lease should include a sticker concerning the potential non-availability of traditional 911 or E911 dialing (the “911 sticker”). It is your responsibility, in accordance with our instructions, to place the 911 Sticker on the devices that you use with the Service. If you did not receive a 911 Sticker with your Device, or you require additional 911 Stickers, please contact our customer service department at (000) 000-0000 or (000) 000-0000.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.

  • Therapist Availability Therapist’s office is equipped with a confidential voice mail system that allows Patient to leave a message at any time. Therapist will make every effort to return calls within 24 hours (or by the next business day), but cannot guarantee the calls will be returned immediately. Therapist is unable to provide 24-hour crisis service. In the event that Patient is feeling unsafe or requires immediate medical or psychiatric assistance, he/she should call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

  • DOES THE SPR NEED TO BE UPDATED IF INFORMATION CHANGES Yes. It remains a continuing obligation of the principal or his/her authorized agent to update the SPR whenever any of the information provided on the initial form changes. WHERE DO THE SPR AND ANY UPDATES NEED TO BE FILED? The SPR needs to be filed with the County Department or County Division processing the application or matter. If and when an additional expenditure is incurred subsequent to the initial filing of the SPR, an amended SPR needs to be filed with the County Department or County Division where the original application, including the initial SPR, was filed. WHEN DO THE SPR AND ANY UPDATES NEED TO BE FILED? In most cases, the initial SPR needs to be filed with the other application forms. The SPR and any update must be filed with the appropriate County Department or County Division not less than seven (7) days prior to the BCC hearing date so that they may be incorporated into the BCC agenda packet. (See Section 2-354(b), Orange County Code.) When the matter is a discussion agenda item or is the subject of a public hearing, and any additional expenditure occurs less than 7 days prior to BCC meeting date or updated information is not included in the BCC agenda packet, the principal or his/her authorized agent is obligated to verbally present the updated information to the BCC when the agenda item is heard or the public hearing is held. When the matter is a consent agenda item and an update has not been made at least 7 days prior to the BCC meeting or the update is not included in the BCC agenda packet, the item will be pulled from the consent agenda to be considered at a future meeting.
