Non Associated Natural Gas (NANG. 21.5.1 In the event of a Discovery of NANG in the Contract Area, the Contractor shall promptly report such Discovery to the Management Committee and the Government and the provisions of Articles 10.1 and 10.2 shall apply. The remaining provisions of Article 10 would apply to the Discovery and development of NANG only insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Article. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, the Contractor shall be entitled to retain the Discovery Area subject to the provisions of this Article 21.
