Common use of Non-Assignment Clause in Contracts

Non-Assignment. It has not assigned (whether absolutely, in equity or otherwise) or declared any trust over any of its rights under any Transaction (other than, in respect of Party B, the trusts created pursuant to the Trust Deed) and has not given any charge over its assets, in the case of Party A, or the assets of the Trust (other than as provided in the Security Trust Deed), in the case of Party B.

Non-Assignment. It has not assigned (whether absolutely, in equity or otherwise) or declared any trust over any of its rights under any Transaction (other than, in respect of Party B, the trusts created pursuant to under the Master Trust DeedDeed and the Series Notice) and has not or given any charge over any of its assets, rights under this Agreement or any Transaction (except in the case respect of Party AB, or for the assets of the Trust (other than as provided in security interest created under the Security Trust Deed), in the case of Party B..
