Nominated Representatives. 2.1 Each of the Parties will at all times have a person responsible for the relationship between the two organisations.
Nominated Representatives. Either party may elect to appoint a nominated representative for the purposes of this clause 10. Any such appointment must be notified to the other party.
Nominated Representatives. Each Party will appoint a representative (a “Nominated Representative”) to facilitate communications and performance under this Agreement during the Term. Each Party may treat an act of a Nominated Representative of the other Party as being authorized by such Party without inquiring behind such act or ascertaining whether such Nominated Representative had authority to so act.
