No Waste. The Lessee shall not commit or suffer to be committed any waste on, in or under the Leased Property, nor shall the Lessee cause or permit any nuisance thereon.

No Waste. Contractor agrees that at all times that it is in possession of the Site it will not commit, suffer, or permit any waste on the Site, and it will not willfully or knowingly use or permit the use of the Site for any illegal act or purpose.

Tenant shall not injure, overload, deface or strip or cause waste or damage to, the Premises or the Initial Improvements constructed thereon, nor commit any nuisance or unlawful conduct; nor permit the emission of any objectionable noise or odor; nor permit or suffer any subtenant, guest, licensee, operator, occupancy, constructor, subcontractor, invitee or others to do any of the foregoing.
No Waste. Tenant covenants not to do or suffer any waste or damage, or injury to the Premises or to the fixtures and equipment therein.

No Waste. Tenant shall not use any method of heating and air conditioning other than that supplied by Landlord. Further, Tenant shall not waste electricity, water or air conditioning and agrees to cooperate fully with Landlord to assure the most effective operation of the Building’s heating and air conditioning and to comply with any governmental energy-saving rules, laws or regulations of which Tenant has actual notice. Tenant shall keep corridor doors closed, and shall close window coverings at the end of each business day.
