Common use of No Warranties or Liability Clause in Contracts

No Warranties or Liability. Each Party acknowledges and agrees that none of the other Parties has made any representation or warranty with respect to the execution, validity, legality, completeness, collectability or enforceability of any other Original First Lien Facility Document, any other Original Second Lien Facility Document or any other Additional Document. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each Party will be entitled to manage and supervise its respective extensions of credit to any Credit Party in accordance with law and their usual practices, modified from time to time as they deem appropriate.

No Warranties or Liability. Each Party acknowledges and agrees that none of the other Parties has made any representation or warranty with respect to the execution, validity, legality, completeness, collectability or enforceability of any other Original First Lien Facility Document, any other Original Second [ ]i [First/Second]ii Lien Facility Document or any other Additional Document. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each Party will be entitled to manage and supervise its respective extensions of credit to any Credit Loan Party in accordance with law and their usual practices, modified from time to time as they deem appropriate.

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each Party will be entitled to manage and supervise its respective extensions of credit to any Credit Party in accordance with law and their usual practices, modified from time to time as they deem appropriate.

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each Party will be entitled to manage and supervise its respective extensions of credit to any Credit Party in accordance with law and their usual practices, modified from time to time as they deem appropriate.
