No Waiver of Terms. Failure to insist upon strict compliance with any of the terms, covenants, or conditions of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of any such term, covenant, or condition, nor shall any failure at any one time or more times be deemed a waiver or relinquishment at any other time or times of any right under this Agreement.
No Waiver of Terms. No failure by Landlord to insist upon the strict performance of any terms or condition of this Lease or to exercise any right or remedy available on a breach and no acceptance of full or partial rent during the continuance of any such breach shall constitute a waiver of any such breach or of any such term or condition. No term or condition of this Lease required to be performed by Tenant and no break of such term or condition shall be waived altered or modified except in writing by Landlord.
No Waiver of Terms. Neither the failure of either Party hereto to require the performance of any term of this Agreement, nor the waiver by either Party of any breach under this Agreement, shall prevent a subsequent enforcement of any such term or be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Unless there is a written agreement to the contrary, no neglect, omission or forbearance on CWC's part to take advantage of or enforce any right or remedy arising out of any breach or non-observance of any of the terms and conditions contained or implied in this Agreement will be deemed to be or operate as a general waiver of that term or condition or the right to enforce or take advantage of it in respect of any breach or non-observance of it either original or recurring.
No Waiver of Terms. Failure of you or PNC Bank or its affiliates to demand strict compliance with any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such term, covenant or condition, nor shall any waiver or relinquishment of any such term, covenant or condition on any occasion or on multiple occasions be deemed a waiver or relinquishment of such term, covenant or condition.
No Waiver of Terms. Management’s failure to insist on the strict performance of this Lease shall not constitute a waiver of any breach of the Lease Agreement. No terms of this Lease shall be waived, altered, or modified except by Management in writing.
No Waiver of Terms. The failure of Landlord or Tenant to insist in any one or more instances upon the strict performance of any of the covenants, agreements, terms, provisions or conditions of this A&R Lease or to exercise any election or option herein or therein contained shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment for the future of such covenant, agreement, term, provision, condition, election or option, but the same shall continue and remain in full force and effect. No waiver by Tenant or Landlord of any covenant, agreement, term, provision, condition or option of this A&R Lease or the Development Agreement shall be deemed to have been made unless expressed in writing and signed by an appropriate official on behalf of Landlord or by an officer of Tenant.
No Waiver of Terms. In the absence of an express written agreement to the contrary, no neglect omission or forbearance on the part of the Vendor to take advantage of or enforce any right or remedy arising out of any breach or non-observance of any of the terms and conditions contained or implied herein shall be deemed to be or operate as a general waiver of such term and condition or the right to enforce or take advantage of the same in respect of any breach or non-observance thereof either original or recurring.
No Waiver of Terms. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or any other right or provision at any future time, unless expressly stated in writing.
