No Waiver of Immunity. TCSD does not waive its governmental immunity by entering into this Agreement and specifically retains all immunities and defenses available to it as a governmental entity pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 1-39-104(a) (2017) and all other state law. Designations of venue, choice of law, enforcement actions, and similar provisions shall not be construed as a waiver of governmental immunity.
