NO WAIVER BY US. We can delay in enforcing, or fail to enforce, any of our rights under this Agreement without losing them.
NO WAIVER BY US i. If we don’t insist upon strict performance of any part or provision of these Terms, that waiver won’t be deemed to be a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of these Terms by you.
NO WAIVER BY US. If there is a breach of any provision of this Agreement, it shall not be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
NO WAIVER BY US. You understand we will not give up any of our rights under this Security Agreement unless we do so in writing. If we agree in writing to give up one of our rights, that does not mean you will not have to comply with the other provisions of this Security Agreement. You also understand that if we do consent to a request, that does not mean you will not have to get our consent again if the situation happens again. You further understand that because we consent to one or more of your requests, that does not mean we will be required to consent to any of your future requests.
NO WAIVER BY US. You agree we have the right without notice to you to delay or refrain from enforcing our rights under this Agreement without losing them. For example, and without limitation, you agree we may extend the time to make payments without extending the lime to make other payments, accept late or partial payments without waiving our right to have future payments made when they are due, and waive any charge or fee without losing our right to impose that charge or fee when it is due under this Agreement.
NO WAIVER BY US. We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion not to exercise any of our other rights under this Agreement and, should we do so, we will not waive our right to exercise any such right in the future. Without limiting the foregoing, we may, at our option: (a) accept late or partial payments or checks or money orders marked “payment in full” or tendered with other conditions or limitations, (b) agree to extend the due date of any payment due under this Agreement for any length of time, and/or (c) release any other person responsible under this Agreement, without notifying you and without releasing you from the obligation to pay all amounts owing under this Agreement in full, or to otherwise perform the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
NO WAIVER BY US. You agree we have the right without notice to you to delay or refrain from enforcing our rights under this Contract without losing them. For example and without limitation, you agree we may extend the time to make payments without extending the time to make other payments, accept late or partial payments without waiving our right to have future payments made when they are due, and waive any late fee in case of a late payment without losing our right to impose a late fee for other late payments.
NO WAIVER BY US. We may choose to delay enforcing or to waive any of our rights under this Agreement in certain situations. We can delay enforcing or waive any of our rights without affecting our other rights. If we waive a right, we do not thereby waive the same right in other situations.
NO WAIVER BY US. Our course of dealing, or our forbearance from, or delay in, the exercise of any of our rights, remedies, privileges or right to insist upon your strict performance of any provisions contained in this Note, or other loan documents, shall not be construed as a waiver by us, unless any such waiver is in writing and is signed by us. C.
NO WAIVER BY US. We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, not to impose part or all of any fee or other amount imposed pursuant to this Agreement or not to exercise any right as set forth in this Agreement and in doing we will not waive our right to impose any such fee or exercise any such right in the future. Without limiting the foregoing, we may, at our option: (a) accept late or partial payments or checks or money orders whether or not marked as payment in full or tendered with other conditions or limitations, (b) agree to extend the due date of any payment due under this Agreement for any length of time and/or (c) release any other person responsible under this Agreement, without notifying you and without releasing you from your obligation to pay all amounts owing under this Agreement in full, or to otherwise perform the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
