No Voluntary Assistance. Employee hereby covenants and agrees that he will not voluntarily assist, support, or cooperate with, directly or indirectly, any entity or person alleging or pursuing any claim, administrative charge, or cause of action against the Company, including without limitation, by providing testimony or other information, audio or video recordings, or documents, except under compulsion of law. If compelled to testify, nothing contained herein shall in any way inhibit or interfere with Employee providing completely truthful testimony. Nor shall anything herein prevent Employee's full cooperation with any investigation or other proceeding by any federal, state or local governmental agency.
No Voluntary Assistance. Executive hereby covenants and agrees that, except under compulsion of law, he will not voluntarily assist, support, or cooperate with, directly or indirectly, any entity or person alleging or pursuing any claim, administrative charge, or cause of action against the Company, including without limitation, by providing testimony or other information, audio or video recordings, or documents. If compelled to testify, nothing contained herein shall in any way inhibit or interfere with Executive providing completely truthful testimony or producing documents. In addition, and notwithstanding anything elsewhere appearing in this Agreement, nothing herein shall prevent or hinder Executive’s full cooperation with any investigation or other proceeding by any federal, state or local governmental agency, including, but not limited to, the ongoing investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
No Voluntary Assistance. Employee agrees that, going forward, he will not in any manner encourage or willingly assist any person, including any past, present or prospective employees or applicants for employment with DocuSign, in filing or pursuing any lawsuit, claim or action against DocuSign, in any state or federal court or before any state, federal or governmental agency, except as he may be required by statutorily authorized process to give testimony or to provide documents at a legal proceeding or to cooperate in any agency or legal proceeding. Employee represents that, going forward, he will not have contact with any past, present or prospective DocuSign employees or applicants for employment regarding filing or pursuing any lawsuit, claim or action against DocuSign.
No Voluntary Assistance. Provided that WISA is in material compliance with the terms of this Settlement Agreement, neither ACLP, nor any other ACLP Releasor, nor any individual or entity related to any of them, will voluntarily assist, support, or cooperate with, directly or indirectly, any entity or person alleging or pursuing any claim, administrative charge, or cause of action, relating to any of the ACLP Released Claims, against WISA or any of or any of WISA’s Related Persons and Entities hereunder, including, without limitation, by providing testimony or other information, audio or video recordings, or documents, other than as legally required.
No Voluntary Assistance. Employee and the Company hereby covenant and agree that she/he/it will not voluntarily assist, support, or cooperate with, directly or indirectly, any entity or person alleging or pursuing any claim, administrative charge, or cause of action against the Company or Employee, including without limitation by providing testimony or other information, audio or video recordings, or documents, except under compulsion of law. If compelled to testify, nothing contained herein shall in any way inhibit or interfere with Employee or the Company providing completely truthful testimony. Nor shall anything herein prevent Employee's or the Company's full cooperation with any investigation or other proceeding by the EEOC or any other federal, state or local governmental agency.
No Voluntary Assistance. Provided that the Company is in material compliance with the terms of this Settlement Agreement, neither the Securityholder, nor any other Securityholder Releasor, nor any individual or entity related to any of them, will voluntarily assist, support, or cooperate with, directly or indirectly, any entity or person alleging or pursuing any claim, administrative charge, or cause of action, relating to any of the Securityholder Released Claims, against the Company or any of or any of Company’s Related Persons and Entities hereunder, including, without limitation, by providing testimony or other information, audio or video recordings, or documents, other than as legally required.
No Voluntary Assistance. Neither Paddock nor any of its Affiliates, nor any of their respective officers, or employees, shall assist, encourage, or provide (nor assist or encourage any expert witness who is under their control to provide) any information to any entity in attacking the validity or enforceability or defending against the alleged infringement of the ’222 Patent or the ’218 Patent in connection with any product that is a generic version of a product that is owned or controlled by the Cadence Parties, except as compelled by law.
No Voluntary Assistance. Dunne hereby covenants and agrxxx xhat, except under compulsion of law, he will not voluntarily assist, support, or cooperate with, directly or indirectly, any entity or person alleging or pursuing any claim, administrative charge, or cause of action against the Company, including without limitation, by providing testimony or other information, audio or video recordings, or documents. If compelled to testify, nothing contained herein shall in any way inhibit or interfere with Dunne providing completely truxxxxx testimony or producing documents. In addition, and notwithstanding anything elsewhere appearing in this Agreement, nothing herein shall prevent or hinder Dunne's full cooperation with xxx xxxestigation or other proceeding by any federal, state or local governmental agency, including, but not limited to, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
No Voluntary Assistance. You agree that you will not voluntarily assist other individuals or entities in bringing claims against the Releasees. You understand that this promise constitutes a waiver of the right to voluntarily assist other individuals or entities bringing claims against the Releasees, and you waive any such right. The word “voluntarily” in the foregoing paragraph shall not include any claim where you are compelled by subpoena or court order to participate in any claim brought by a third party.

If compelled to testify, nothing contained herein shall in any way inhibit or interfere with the Axxxxxxx Parties providing completely truthful testimony or producing documents. In addition, and notwithstanding anything elsewhere appearing in this Agreement, nothing herein shall prevent or hinder the Axxxxxxx Parties full cooperation with any investigation or other proceeding by any federal, state or local governmental agency, including, but not limited to, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
