Common use of No Violation of Laws Clause in Contracts

No Violation of Laws. To Seller’s Knowledge, except as set forth on Schedule 3.8, Seller is not in violation of any Laws with respect to its ownership and operation of the Assets. This Section 3.8 does not include any matters with respect to Environmental Laws, such matters being addressed exclusively in Section 3.11 and Article IX.

No Violation of Laws. To Seller’s 's Knowledge, except as set forth on Schedule 3.84.9, Seller is has not in violation of violated any applicable Laws with respect to its the ownership and or operation of the Assets, except where such violations would not have a Material Adverse Effect. This Section 3.8 Article 4.9 does not refer to or include any matters with respect to violations of Environmental Laws, as such matters being are addressed exclusively in Section 3.11 and Article IX4.15.

No Violation of Laws. To Seller’s Knowledge, except Except as set forth on Schedule 3.84.9, Seller is not in material violation of any applicable Laws with respect to its ownership and and, to Seller’s Knowledge, its operation of the Assets. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.9, to Seller’s Knowledge, no Third Party operator of any of the Assets is in any material violation of any applicable Laws with respect to its operation of any such Assets. This Section 3.8 4.9 does not include any matters with respect to Environmental Laws, such matters being addressed exclusively in Section 3.11 and Article IX4.14.
