No Vested Rights. No vested rights shall accrue to Owner by virtue of annexation of the Property or this Annexation Agreement.
No Vested Rights. MBUs who do not serve notice of separation as provided in Article 24-1-A during the term of this Agreement shall gain no vested rights through or under this Article.
No Vested Rights. The benefits described herein will be provided during the term of this collective bargaining agreement (“Agreement”). In no event shall this agreement provide any individual with vested rights to benefits, rights or features under the employer’s group health plan or Medicare Supplemental Insurance, nor shall employees who retire during the term of this agreement be provided any such vested rights. Nothing in this agreement requires the employer to maintain a group health plan or a Medicare Supplemental Insurance beyond the term of hereof. If and to the extent that future agreements provide for group health coverage, these agreements may result in changes to the employer’s group health plan and Medicare Supplemental Insurance, including but not limited to changes in required contributions, covered procedures, available providers, deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance. No modification of the terms of this agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed on behalf of the employer and the union. No oral representation concerning the interpretation or effect of this agreement shall be effective to amend the agreement. Employer shall not be bound to provide any benefit deemed not to comply with state or federal law.
No Vested Rights. Neither this Agreement, nor Member’s or Vendor’s use of the Download, create any right to future use of the Download or any ownership interest in therein.
No Vested Rights. Administrators who do not serve a timely notice of separation as provided in Article A-1 above in the school year immediately preceding their separation shall gain no vested rights through or under this Article; however, exceptions to this may be granted by the District in cases where timelines are not met due to emergency situations or other extenuating circumstances.
No Vested Rights. The provisions of this Agreement shall not vest any rights on the Developer, except such rights as are expressly provided for herein.
No Vested Rights. Town Facilities must be erected, installed, replaced, removed, relocated and maintained in a manner that does not interfere with the reasonable use of public rights-of-way by the public, the County, or any other utility. The location of Town Facilities in the public right-of-way does not give the Town any vested interest or right in the right-of-way and the Town will remove or relocate Town Facilities whenever the County determines that such Town Facilities restrict, obstruct or hinder the County or the public’s existing or future use of the right-of-way or the County’s operation or location of County facilities within the right-of-way.
No Vested Rights. The City shall not acquire any vested property, license or other rights in the Disposal System by reason of this Agreement.
No Vested Rights. Nothing contained in this Pre-Development Agreement shall confer any vested rights upon the Developer, City, or DDA with respect to the Property or confer any interest in the property or in any development to be undertaken upon the Property by any party. The Developer’s rights to develop the Property are further subject to the negotiation and execution of a final Development Agreement acceptable to the East Lansing City Council, Developer, and DDA detailing the Project parameters and all other planning, zoning and regulatory approvals required by the City of East Lansing and all other local and state regulatory agencies. Further, Developer understands and agrees that the sale/transfer of the City-owned public property may be subject to approval of the voters pursuant to Section 4.8a of the City Charter.
No Vested Rights. This Trust Agreement creates no vested rights of any kind. No Participant, Beneficiary, nor any person claiming through him, shall have any right, title or interest in or through the Trust Agreement, or any part thereof.
