No Unauthorized Use, Registration. You agree not to use any Designation or Logo except as specifically authorized under this Agreement, not to file any application to register, in any class and in any country, any trademark or service xxxx for any Designation or Logo or any other xxxx confusingly similar to any Designation or Logo. You agree to immediately cease all use of all Logos and Designations upon the termination of this Agreement. You agree to immediately correct or discontinue the use of any Logo or Designations if Juniper Networks notifies you that it is being misused or used in any way conflicts with applicable trademark or usage guidelines.

  • No Unauthorized Use Provider shall not use Student Data or information in a Pupil Record for any purpose other than as explicitly specified in this DPA.

  • Notice of Unauthorized Use The Receiving Party will notify the Disclosing Party immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information or any other breach of this Agreement by Receiving Party.   • Unauthorized Use Licensee, the Participating Institutions, or Authorized Users shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to access the Licensed Materials.
