No Unauthorized Subdivision. Except as otherwise provided herein, not divide or subdivide a Unit for purpose of sale or lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Unit may be combined with a contiguous Unit and occupied as one dwelling Unit, provided, however, that the Board shall have consented in writing in advance to such combination, in its sole and absolute discretion. Such a combination shall be for occupancy only and shall not be deemed an amendment to the Declaration. Further, any such combination shall not materially alter the configuration of a Unit.
