Common use of No Third Parties Benefited Clause in Contracts

No Third Parties Benefited. This Agreement is made and entered into for the protection and legal benefit of the parties, and their permitted successors and assigns (including, without limitation, any Purchaser Trust), and each and every Indemnified Person (all of which shall be entitled to enforce the Indemnity contained in Sections 8.01 and 8.02 hereof), and no other person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this Agreement.

No Third Parties Benefited. This Agreement is made and entered into for the sole protection and legal benefit of the parties, and their permitted successors and assigns (including, without limitation, any Purchaser Trust), and each and every Indemnified Person (all of which shall be entitled to enforce the Indemnity contained in Sections 8.01 and 8.02 hereof)assigns, and no other person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this Agreement.

This Agreement is made and entered into for the sole protection and legal benefit of the partiesIssuer, the Purchasers, Agent and, subject to the provisions of Section 8.11, each other Secured Party, and their permitted successors and assigns (including, without limitation, any Purchaser Trust), and each and every Indemnified Person (all of which shall be entitled to enforce the Indemnity contained in Sections 8.01 and 8.02 hereof)assigns, and no other person Person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this AgreementAgreement or any of the other Note Documents. Neither Agent nor any Purchaser shall have any obligation to any Person not a party to this Agreement or the other Note Documents.

This Guarantee Agreement is made and entered into for the sole protection and legal benefit of the partiesCounterparties and the Agent, and their permitted successors and assigns (including, without limitation, any Purchaser Trust), and each and every Indemnified Person (all of which shall be entitled to enforce the Indemnity contained in Sections 8.01 and 8.02 hereof)assigns, and no other person Person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this Guarantee Agreement.

No Third Parties Benefited. This Agreement is made and entered into for the protection and legal benefit of the parties, parties hereto and their permitted successors and assigns assigns. Other than the Buyer Indemnified Parties and the Seller Indemnified Parties, who are intended beneficiaries of Section 11 hereof (including, without limitation, any Purchaser Trust), Section 11.4) and each and every Indemnified Person (all of which shall be entitled to enforce the Indemnity contained in Sections 8.01 and 8.02 hereof), and no other person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this AgreementXx.

This Agreement is made and entered into for the protection and legal benefit of the parties, parties hereto and their permitted successors and assigns (including, without limitation, any Purchaser Trust)assigns, and each other than OptiCare and every Indemnified Person (all Affiliates of OptiCare or Seller, which shall be entitled to enforce the Indemnity contained in Sections 8.01 and 8.02 are intended beneficiaries of Section 6.4 hereof), and the Buyer Indemnities and the Seller Indemnities , which are intended beneficiaries of Section 7 hereof, no other person Person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, of or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, with this AgreementAgreement or any of the documents executed in connection herewith.

No Third Parties Benefited. This Agreement is made and entered into for the protection and legal benefit of the parties, and their permitted successors and assigns (including, without limitation, any Purchaser Trust), and each and every Indemnified Person (as hereinafter defined) (all of which shall be entitled to enforce the Indemnity contained in Sections 8.01 and 8.02 hereof), and no other person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this Agreement. 7.10.
