No Supplanting. GRANTEE shall not supplant or otherwise use funds from this contract to replace or substitute existing funding from other sources that also supports the activities that are the subject of this contract.
No Supplanting. Grant Funds under this Agreement shall not replace funds that have been budgeted for the same purposes through non-Federal sources. Subrecipient may be required to demonstrate and document that a reduction in non-Federal resources occurred for reasons other than receipt or expected receipt of Federal funds.
No Supplanting. SUBRECIPIENT shall use Grant Funds to supplement existing funds, and not replace (supplant) funds that have been appropriated for the same purpose.
