No Subsequent Waiver Sample Clauses

No Subsequent Waiver. The full or partial waiver by the Corporation at any time of any of its rights under this Contract, including its rights with respect to a breach or violation of or default under any provision of this Contract, will not operate as a waiver of any other right or of any other provision of this Contract or of any subsequent breach or violation thereof or default thereunder. In each case, that waiver shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which it is given.
