No Strikes. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Union nor its members, agents, representatives, employees or persons acting in concert with them shall incite, encourage, or participate in any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, slowdown or work stoppage of any nature. In the event of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, slowdown or work stoppage or threat thereof, the union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert such action. Any employee participating in any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, slowdown or work stoppage shall be subject to immediate dismissal. No lockouts shall be entered upon by the Employer for the term of this Agreement.
