NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS. 4.01 5.01 The Union undertakes and agrees that while that, during the life of this Agreement is in operation and during the period of negotiation of its renewal, neither the Union nor any employee shall take part in or call or encourage any strike, picketing, sit-sit down, slow downslowdown, or any suspension of or stoppage of or interference with work or production against the Company which shall in any way affect the operations of the Company, or nor shall there be any sympathy strikes or secondary boycotts. The , nor shall the Company agrees that it will not engage in any lockout during the term of this Agreement.
